RHS Forensics Way better than CSI

Hello varsity, novice, and potential members of the 2008-2009 Ridgeland High School Forensics team! I know that everyone must be missing school to death and wishing summer would just go away! I mean who wants an extended period of mindless fun and leisure time anyway? Well, maybe you do, but what everyone should be looking  forward to is being a part of our growing speech and debate team.

This past year our team has had tremendous successes. We won 2nd in overall team sweepstakes at almost every tournament and had numerous team members prosper their way into semifinal and final rounds in a wide range of events. Also, we had more people qualify for and attend both the NCFL and the NFL National Tournaments than we've had any previous year.

So if you're one of many who hastily assume that we're all about investigating murder scenes and want to get involved, you're out of luck. But if you have an interest in speaking, debating, or acting, we invite you to come and become more familiar with all the events that are a part of the National Forensics League. And to all current members of the team, I hope you're all ready to get back to work and make this another amazing year!
