We had a great time at the National Catholic Forensic League Grand National Tournament in Omaha, Nebraska!  Thanks to all of the students, parents, and alumni who helped the weekend to run so smoothly.  Congratulations especially to Kristen Dupard who placed 2nd place in the nation in Oral Interpretation!!! We are "very" proud of you!!!

This Week

New Mississippi Forensic League photos have been posted in the gallery.

Kristen Dupard showcased her talent at Jackson State University last week and did us proud!

Kristen Dupard, her mom and I, had the exciting opportunity to see Obie portray the role of Mitch, in "A Streetcar Named Desire" at Tougaloo. It was great!

On Wednesday, Kristen, Brittany, and I will be going to see Lauren perform in "Macbeth" at The University of Southern Mississippi. We are so excited.  Break-a-leg Lauren!

President's Letter

Hey everyone! It’s getting close to being that time of year again! For returning varsity, you know exactly what I’m talking about.  New novices and forensics hopefuls, you will soon find out. It’s FORENSICS time again and I’m very excited!  Hopefully all of you have thought about this upcoming year and are just as ready and excited as I am.  The most enjoyable part about summer vacation, for me anyways, is time and a little relaxation.  But even while this is very enjoyable, the thought of a new upcoming forensics year and more members to meet is just enough to get myself ready for Forensics to begin all over again.

Coach Memo

Hey Guys!

The summer packets have been mailed out and I am excited about the start of a new forensic season!  Please look over your packets and let me know if you have any questions, and please let me know if you are not going to be able to attend the workshop. If you have ideas for pieces, or speeches, feel free to run them by me. Remember, the more that you can get done during the summer, the more that we can polish the week of workshop!
